I'm totally swamped.. Sometimes I wish I'm one of those mommies that are strong enough to survive with only 3hrs of sleep a day.. but.. I'm not.. :P I need sleep to make sure my work is up to par. If I'm tired I start making mistakes and it takes much longer to finish one.. and well.. I'm just talking to myself basically
I got great photos from east coast trip but have not time to run through them. I lost some photos in genting while transferring here n there.. a bit frustrated but I guess it happens for a reason.. wallahualam. I'm so getting a 16gb CF.
Wiera dropped by with her dd, showing off her gorgeous handmade handbag using amy butler (?) fabric. She made a dress for her daughter which I also envy coz it's so pretty that she asked me to help make button holes and I dun even dare! haha Also.. I touched a 3GS.. I tot I wanna scroll around.. but I just looked at it and stumped.. dang.. menyesal.. I should at least try out the video.
Had big ass lobster for dinner courtesy of the in-laws -- no special occasion I believe.
Umm.. you probably already got the news from facebook that I'm joining TheLilCaliph's booth.. the truth is I hope for the best but I also dun expect much.. I guess I'm hoping that my frens would drop by and teman me rather hehehe. I'm slowly trying to build up some stock but got stuck at the moment. Afya is just so brilliant these days.. I just never thought a 2 yr old can be so smart. She's also handful that we actually bought rotan.. tapi tak sampai hati so the rotan is now her poking device. Although there were many times we have to raise our voices in public. She's quick to learn, even saying sorry now when we're mad 'Sowwy mommy... sowwy daddy.. ' how can your heart not melt? Her appetite has improved now (a bit) I used to be rather stressed that she barely eats nutritional thing. She loves fish so that's a good thing. Fried fish, brown rice and poached green leaves (or soupy) seems to do the trick. Senang pun senang.. only we rarely go to the market so we always run out of fresh fish and fresh greens. Hoping to get more fish at Pasar Simpang, Taiping this weekend.. gonna have dinner with Nur (still on, Nur?) She loves cold soba and miso soup. I really hope that I can make miso soup at home tapi I just haven't found the recipe on the web. Haven't been looking hard enough too. Some help?

Also.. I've been browsing games section after ages of not doing that. There's KATAMARI FOREVER? since when?! (I hear snickerings.. and mumblings saying since forever) ok la.. ketinggalan.. OH is re-playing FF10 for some reason. We couldn't even play 10% of FFX-2 although we really wanna know the storyline.. tapi tak tahan.. girly overdose.. :p

I can barely keep my eyes open and it's only 10pm. Reason, I slept late last night. Last weekend was a good one. It's just so nice to finally have the weekend to ourselves and this weekend too. Bestnya. Then there'll be the east coast trip.. GENTING!! Wanted to share some photos...

Then what has become our routine, is to have brunch at syuen. They serve pretty good halal dimsum here. Although this time we experienced something wierd.. but we shall not dwell on it coz so far the service has been consistently exceptional...
Nowadays we carry one or two mini ladybirds and she'll flip through them if she has to wait in the car while waiting for her mum or dad run errands..

Today AF finally came to visit.. you're late demmit. (sapa paham.. paham la.. yang tak paham tu it's ok.. it's not crucial)
With that I get to point out the cause of my headache. it's PMS+BFcessation+hunger (then sakit kepala then loss apetite) workload stress(of course headache doesn't help the stress coz I can't sew when I have aura!)+coffee cessation--- hahaha finding reason to start coffee again! LOL. Aiya.. manage to get myself into a viscious cycle there. It should be better next month I hope.. but then Ramadhan is near so... first day of fasting is usually the worse.. but I'll get by as always insyaallah.. come to think of it pregnancy and BF is a total miracle...
Neways I think since I'm already okay coffee free, am not gonna start again la coz later2 this year kena stop jugak.. so stick to my pregnancy-bf coffee routine. Decaf if necessary. Xi Mut Lai Cha if totally desperate.. and please.. don't make me stop choc.. I've already tone down on choc..
Weekend at home! at last *a big relief* that's something to look forward to especially now that the peak season is over. no more working saturdays for OH yayy!
A worldwide Breastfeeding campaign is on next month.
Afya was being really tough being sick and all. She recovers but was still very pissed off.. hehe. So we thought of taking her to kizsport but malas nya nak pergi shopping mall. Switched to the kite park but traffic was bad... so diverted to sentul park instead. This place is GORGEOUS!! Well.. Afya only felt better after dinner at Sup Ani, but when I showed her these pictures she seemed to remember the RM5k big ass koi fish in this pond (not seen in picture).
I had a good friend once. he's indonesian.. his good friend, an indonesian girl has such beautiful flawless complexion. She was stressing out on how I shouldn't drink coffee.. it's not good for health, dehydrating, not good for complexion and yada yada..
This is funny because this happens at Leeds Fest '02. Funny because of all the things in the world (or at the fest rather).. it's coffee that she's worried about. Well lets just leave at that. ;P In a way it's not that funny too coz this girl seriously has complexion of Afya's butt cheek.. probably even better.
No withdrawal symtoms today! yay! I think I'm getting the hang of it.
Yesterday I couldn't eat. I only glanced at the yummy choc cake. Ada dua pulak tu! Pounding headache and coffee was all I can think of and it's probaby too obvious to some ppl. Of course i was worried about LO too eventhough she's in very much capable hands (her father lah who's with my parents and my sisters and their children to boot duhhh --- lately I'm so over-reacting that I cried when they dropped me at the meet... *LOL at myself now*)
We were late for dinner and Afya's fever spiked when we were there.. I wish I could mingle and catch up a bit more.. but she's in a such sorry state. It's either we go back early or i start breastfeeding again LOL. Well.. at least she ate. So I carried her back to the car in a sling and I know she appreciated that. Met a mommy blogger with her very cheeky son on the way out.. exchanged hellos.. and we went straight to bed.
